1. Overview

This website is operated by Let’s Go Biscuit, trading as Let’s Go, Biscuit. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Let’s Go, Biscuit. We offer this website, including all information, tools and products available from it, to you, the user, on the condition that you accept the terms, conditions and policies stated here.

By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced in them. Please read them before you order. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

2. Using this store

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence.

You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, and you may not use the site in a way that breaks any law that applies to you. You must not transmit any worm, virus or code of a destructive nature. A breach of any of these terms ends your right to use the site immediately.

3. General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or resell any part of the site, or exploit any product photography, written content or design element on it, without our written permission.

The headings in this agreement are there for convenience and do not limit or affect the terms themselves.

4. Product information and accuracy

We work to describe our products accurately, including dimensions, materials and construction. Screens vary, so colours may appear slightly different on your device than in person.

Where we state a measurement, we tell you what is being measured. Occasionally information on this site may contain a typographical error or an inaccuracy. We reserve the right to correct any error and to update information at any time without notice, including after you have placed an order. If a correction affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Any promotion or discount we advertise will be honoured on the terms stated in that advertisement. Products may be discontinued or go out of stock, and quantities of some items may be limited.

We are not liable to you or to any third party for a price change, a product modification or the discontinuation of a product.

6. Orders and payment

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send you a confirmation email. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, and we may refuse or cancel an order that appears to be placed by a reseller or that we suspect is fraudulent.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to update it promptly so that we can complete your order and contact you if needed. Payment is taken through a third-party payment processor at checkout.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States only. Processing times, delivery estimates, carriers and any shipping costs are set out in our Shipping, Returns & FAQ page, which forms part of these terms. Where we state a delivery timeframe, we ship within that timeframe. Where no timeframe is stated, we ship within 30 days of receiving your order.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you gave us. If a package arrives damaged, email us with a photograph and we will make it right.

8. Returns and refunds

Our Shipping, Returns & FAQ page sets out the window in which you can return a product, the condition it needs to be in, who pays return shipping, and how long a refund takes to appear. It forms part of these terms.

If a product arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, that is our problem to fix, not yours. Email support@letsgobiscuit.com.

9. What our products do and do not do

If your dog is struggling to stand, is in pain, is falling, or has had a change in mobility, please speak to your veterinarian. A bed can make a dog more comfortable. It cannot substitute for a diagnosis, and we will never tell you otherwise.

Any information we publish about canine mobility, flooring, foam or sleep is general information for dog owners. It is not specific to your dog and it is not a clinical opinion.

10. Safe use

Please supervise your dog with a new bed, particularly if your dog chews bedding. Ingested filling or fabric can cause a serious internal blockage requiring veterinary treatment. If you believe your dog has swallowed part of any bed, contact your veterinarian immediately.

Follow the care instructions supplied with the product. Do not modify a bed, cut into a cover, or use it in a way it was not designed for.

11. Reviews and submissions

If you send us a review, a photograph, a comment or any other submission, whether we asked for it or not, you agree that we may use, edit for length, publish and display it in any medium, and you confirm it is your own honest experience.

We commit to the following, and we hold ourselves to it:

• We ask every customer for a review, not only the ones we expect to be happy.
• We publish negative reviews alongside positive ones, and we do not remove a review because it is unfavourable to us.
• If we ever offer an incentive for leaving a review, it is never conditional on that review being positive.
• We do not write, buy or generate fake reviews, and we do not present a review as independent when it is not.

We may remove a submission that contains unlawful content, abuse, spam, someone else’s personal information, or content unrelated to the product. Submissions must not include personal information about another person or violate anyone’s rights.

12. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to infringe our or anyone else’s intellectual property, to harass or abuse, to submit false information, to upload malicious code, to collect or track the personal information of others, to spam or scrape, or to interfere with the security features of the site.

Some content or links on this site may take you to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those sites, and their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave ours. Please review them carefully.

14. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. EXCEPT WHERE EXPRESSLY STATED BY US IN WRITING, THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES DELIVERED THROUGH THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Let’s Go Biscuit, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH IT. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, IT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply to you only to the extent your state permits, and nothing in these terms removes a right you have under state law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lets Go Biscuit and its officers, employees and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

16. Termination and severability

These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate them at any time by ceasing to use the site. We may terminate them at any time if you fail to comply with any part of them. Obligations incurred before termination survive it.

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part is severed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in full force.

Our failure to enforce any part of these terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These terms, together with the policies we link to, are the entire agreement between us and replace any prior understanding.

17. Governing law

These Terms of Service, and any separate agreement by which we provide you products, are governed by the laws of the State of TX, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

You can review the most current version of these terms at any time on this page. We may update, change or replace any part of them by posting the change here, and it is your responsibility to check periodically. Your continued use of the site after a change is posted means you accept it.
